Refund policy

At Stritva, we invest a great deal of love and care into crafting every piece. As part of our company policy, we do not offer refunds on any products sold.

However, items may be exchanged for a replacement or issued a credit note, provided they meet our exchange criteria.

If you are unsure about sizing or believe there is an issue with your order, please write to us at thehouseofanyu@gmail.com. Our customer care team will get back to you within 1–2 business days to guide you through the exchange process. You may be asked to share additional information or photographs to help us assess your request—your cooperation is appreciated.

  • Each product is eligible for exchange only once.

  • Not all items qualify for exchange.

  • Made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • To ensure fairness to our artisans and maintain accessible pricing, some items are marked as Final Sale and cannot be exchanged.
